that the days when trains ect are oul that the london ulaz and other charges are not chargeable,i make that simple common sense.

certainly is mate ... i think reduction in murder / knife crime number 128 on his priority list? he's currently working on number 12. allegedly.

On one hand you have so called clean air zones to try and reduce pollution.

On the other hand you have more and more speed ramps/bumps and pointless traffic lights which increases pollution.

All counter productive.
